What You’ll Do
You won’t be stuck doing one boring task all day. responsibilities include:

Driving company trucks and towing trailers

Lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, mulching

Landscape installs: planting shrubs, trees, annuals, and perennials

Hardscape installs: patios, retaining walls, and outdoor features
-
Snow removal: plow trucks, loaders, and site clearing

Equipment maintenance and shop work (heated shop on rainy days and in winter)

Show up on time, every day

Work hard outdoors in all seasons

Lift 50 lbs repeatedly

Stay professional with customers and teammates

Keep a clean appearance and good attitude
Requirements

Must be able to tow trailers and have a clean driving record

Landscaping experience is a plus, but not required if you’re willing to learn and work
Pay & Benefits

$22–$32 per hour, based on experience and performance

Quarterly performance bonuses
