The Buchmann project was done during the summer months of 2020, Below are some before, during, and after photos. Prior to this project, there was really no easy way to access the back yard without walking through the house, as the grade along the side was rather steep. So to start we removed all the overgrown shrubbery along the side of the house and the started with the excavating. Once that was compleated, the patio, retaining walls, sitting walls and walkway was installed, And then we finished with some lighting in the patio sitting walls and the steps to light things up at night. And as always, the final step was repairing all the lawn areas damaged and hydroseeding. Within a few weeks the new lawn had filled in and was looking good!
