The Weaver project started with some renovations to their beautiful farmhouse built in the 1800’s, during renovations they decided to remove all the overgrown landscaping and start fresh. Thats where we came in 🙂 After a consultation the team got busy drafting up a landscape design and create photo renderings of what things should look like. After approval of the design, a proposal was sent and accepted, and the project was scheduled. As always, The landscape lighting ends up being the icing on the cake!

 

Scope of work was as follows:

Removing all excess soil and mulch build up in the existing beds

Installing a swimming pool pad, installing a crushed stone base and then installing some rubber pavers supplied by the client

Installing new landscaping

Installing underground downspout drains with pop up emitters

Installing landscape lighting

Installing new mulch in all existing and new beds

Installing sod in all areas where the beds were reduced in size
